The client requested an illustrated camper filled with personalized details and visual “easter eggs” referencing the park’s history and surroundings. These elements include the owners’ names, the date the park was acquired, and nearby local businesses frequently visited by guests. The final logo functions both as a branding mark and as a narrative illustration that reflects the campground’s sense of place and community.

This campaign poster was created for a UC Berkeley Student Government election and draws inspiration from a Ukrainian New Year’s card by artist Volodymyr Kaplun, a symbol of Ukrainian independence following the fall of the Soviet Union. The client, who is Ukrainian, requested that the poster acknowledge the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian war while representing her candidacy. She is illustrated as an angelic figure, with the UC Berkeley campus incorporated into the background. The color palette blends Berkeley’s school colors with those of the Ukrainian flag, visually uniting personal heritage and institutional identity.
